The REINO Capital Group currently includes the following subsidiaries:
REINO Partners Sp. z o.o.
A commercial real estate company, originally established in a model reflecting the best practices of REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust); after completing its investment in the Alchemia I office building in Gdansk, the company remains a minority shareholder in the investment structure of a Luxembourg fund, owner of the Malta House property (a fixed-income office property in Poznan worth about EUR 40 million).
REINO Capital’s long-term business development concept involves further expansion of the holding company through additions:
- competence and experience in the real estate market, especially in the area related to the implementation of development projects
- the composition of the holding company by companies with expertise and experience in investing in asset classes other than real estate, particularly in venture capital (VC)
- the composition of the holding company by key companies from the point of view of investor acquisition (brokerage house) and asset management (entity with the charter of AIFM, Alternative Investment Fund Manager).
