James has more than 9 years’ experience in the UK & European real estate industry.

James has a strategic role focused on investment management and sourcing, underwriting and executing logistics transactions throughout the UK and Europe. Prior to joining IO James was a member of Avison Young’s Restructuring & Recovery team specialising in turnaround management  and non-performing loan book workouts.

James is a Member of the RICS, is a Registered Valuer and holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Northumbria.
