Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski has obtained the Excellent certificate for “Building Management” and Very Good for “Asset Performance”. This is the first of six certification processes we conduct.
 Sustainable development has always been a key aspect of property management for us. Therefore, we decided to certify all our logistics facilities in the BREEAM In-Use system. Thanks to the introduced improvements, the warehouses were highly rated in terms of reducing water and electricity consumption. Large green areas and biodiversity were also appreciated. We have consistently implemented property management procedures to achieve the Excellent level. This is another proof that, thanks to high management standards and constant investment, the value and attractiveness of existing buildings is comparable to that of newly built ones.
