Aleksandra Kołbon, MBA, has 16 years’ experience in the commercial property sector. She specialises in the commercialisation of warehouse, logistics and manufacturing space, business development and building long-term relationships with tenants. She currently serves as Leasing Director at REINO IO Logistics, where she is responsible for implementing the portfolio’s leasing strategy, acquiring new clients, negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements, and liaising with advisory agencies.

During her career, she has worked for, amongst others, Yareal Polska, White Star Real Estate, LCube, Ideal Idea, DeA Capital Real Estate Poland and Futureal Investment Partners.
